 "Since I was a little girl I've always loved to bake. Growing up on the north side of Chicago, I remember experimenting with different cookie ideas with my Mom as little as 8 years old. I love the smile it puts on faces and the smell of a house with fresh baked cookies. It's always had such instant gratification of a smile or a thank you that always made it special to make cookies for friends and family. It's always been a life long dream to have my own cookie company and hand make every cookie sold with the best ingredients baked to perfection. I can't tell you how many times I've thrown out cookies for leaving them in the oven too long or forgetting an ingredient, but I can tell you that every cookie that goes out the door will be hand made and baked to perfection. I think the best way to have success is by word of mouth, so every cookie cookie counts and has to be perfect. |
